Recently my wife and I decided to sell a piece of property we purchased years ago to build our retirement home on. Life throws some curveballs and we ultimately ended up purchasing a new home instead. Based on several recommendations from people we have met locally, we chose to hire Shannon Johnson from The Realty Firm to sell our property.
Immediately upon meeting Shannon we felt she was professional, polite and motivated to help us in our endeavor. She asked all the right questions and took the time to educate us on how a land sale works. This was important to us since the initial purchase of the property was accomplished while I was deployed for the military. It did not take Shannon long to find several buyers interested in purchasing our property.
Once we had settled on a price and buyer, Shannon continued her magic. We ran in to a few speed bumps(all normal things) along the way but Shannon never waivered in her commitment to the task. The speedbumps were smoothed out and the property sale was finalized 22 September.

She is honest and will tell you what her thoughts are when looking at homes with you. Amanda is truly priceless when it comes to having a realtor that has your best interest at heart.
