David Eldridge’s passion for serving others is evident. He and his family moved to Cookeville 13 years ago in 2008 to work with the Samaria church of Christ where he serves as the preacher. Davidhas found real estate to be another wonderful avenue to serve others and the Upper Cumberland community.

Formerly working in the mortgage industry, Davidalso understands the entire home buying and selling process from beginning to end. He uses this knowledge to help sellers get the very best price for their property and avoid the pitfalls of selling a home. He is also uniquely qualified to guide buyers through the home buying process with his understanding of the industry as a whole. 

Personally, David enjoys life in Cookeville with his wife of nearly 20 years and his two daughters. When he is not working, you can find him enjoying time with his family, working out at CrossFit Mayhem, out on the golf course, or just enjoying all the beauty and opportunities of this unique and special area of the world.
