Kim began her real estate career as an affiliate broker in 2003. Shortly after she began her career in real estate, she began dreaming of owning her own firm. Just two years after earning her Principal Broker’s License in 2010, Kim decided it was time to turn that dream into a reality.

In only a few short years, with the help of agent and partner Natalie Stout, Kim was able to formulate her dream and create a tremendous amount of success in doing so. Today, The Realty Firm has grown to become the Upper Cumberland’s leading real estate firm since its conception in 2012. With five locations, The Realty Firm covers all of the Upper Cumberland region with few gaps in between.
