BEERS ON TAP: We’ll have two beers available during Oktoberfest:
Hafenmeister — a golden Oktoberfest beer just like what they serve at Oktoberfest in Munich every year (they haven’t served the amber Marzen type beer in over 50 years).
48 Fathom — this is an old-school, easy-drinking, balanced English Porter that’s not too sweet and not too bitter. The perfect dark beer any time of year.

FOOD: We have a terrific collaboration between two local favorites: World Foods and The Foglight Foodhouse. There will be delicious, plentiful, reasonably priced food on site both days. Here is the menu:
— German Sauerbutt $8 — Smoked pork butt in Jig Head beer with potatoes, cabbage, and onions
— Bangers & German Potato Salad $12 — Bangers sausage boiled in Jig Head beer, warm German potato salad topped with sweet & sour red cabbage
— Double knot with beer cheese 1 for $8 or 2 for $10 — Crispy sourdough pretzel served with beer cheese made with Jig Head’s famous pale lager
— Foglight Jambalaya $8 — A hearty cajun stew of beef, pork or chicken with caramelized onions, peppers, okra, and rice
— Smoked Chicken Leg $12 — Crispy smoked chicken leg served with German cucumber salad

Friday — Jig Head’s official band, The Smoky Nights, will play from 5 to 9.
Saturday — Southern Sunrise will play from 5 to 9.

We will have a number of organized games during both days, including corn hole, kubb, skittles, the Stein Hoist, and more! Details to come.
