Humble Beginnings

Founded by Kimberly Maynord in 2012, The Realty Firm stands as a testament to passion, perseverance, and the power of turning dreams into achievements.

Kim’s journey in the real estate industry commenced in 2003 when she embarked on her path as an affiliate broker. It didn’t take long for Kim to realize that her aspirations extended beyond merely facilitating transactions; she dreamed of creating a real estate firm where integrity, expertise, and personalized service reign supreme.

In 2010, after years of dedication and hard work, Kim earned her Principal Broker’s License, marking a pivotal moment in her career. Fuelled by her unwavering ambition and determination, Kim wasted no time in making her dream a reality. Just two short years later, The Realty Firm was born.

But Kim’s success story is not one of solitary achievement. Alongside her stood agent and business partner Natalie Stout, whose unwavering support and dedication played a crucial role in shaping The Realty Firm into the thriving entity it is today. Together, Kim and Natalie combined their talents, vision, and drive to carve out a path to success.

In April of 2016, Tamara Nolen became an integral part of the company as a transaction coordinator. From day one, Tamara’s expertise, dedication, and attention to detail have been invaluable assets to our company. Her role as a vital link in our operations ensures that every transaction is seamless and efficient, leaving our clients with peace of mind and satisfaction.
