Jeff Monday,

Jeff grew up in the Upper Cumberland just east of Cookeville on the Cumberland Plateau in the small community of Clarkrange, near the very southern end of Fentress County. He spent many hours in his youth, along the bluffs and creeks that bordered his family’s property and didn’t wander too far from home until he graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a BS in Marketing.

After graduation, Jeff moved to the Toledo, Ohio area for two years working in business management before returning to his roots and settling in the Cookeville area. Back home, Jeff has worked for a variety of industries including food production, automotive, corrugated containers and cabinets and fixtures, of which 2 were large corporations and 2 were privately owned. He has always navigated toward customer service, human resources, sales, and operations. Jeff has been in the workforce since age 12, starting in a mom and pop convenience store in Clarkrange.

Jeff is married to the love of his life, Regina, and they have two sons, Elliott, and Kyle. Elliott is a graduate of TTU with a degree in Computer Science and Kyle is attending TTU seeking a similar degree as his brother. Jeff resides in the Rickman community of Overton County, where he has served as pastor of a church there since January 2000. Jeff is motivated by serving and assisting people any way he can, which is a great fit for the real estate industry. Besides their children, they also enjoy raising chickens and their Maltipoo, Rooby Roo.

Jeff has been able to travel to many different cities and states in our country, admiring the landscape, people, and cultures of each area. However, if you ask him, he will be quick to tell you why he is always drawn back to the Upper Cumberland area: its people, its landscape, and the rich heritage represented here in the past, present and hopefully, future lives of others, including you. His desire is to help his clients in finding their way to the home or property of their dreams in the area he has always called home to be the best experience possible. He may be newer to real estate than some, but he is no stranger to the world around it, especially in the Upper Cumberland.
